We plan on merchanting at an event in PA next month. Being good little law abiding capitalists we applied to the appropriate authorities for our tax license.
Now, I know that state governments have to work with smaller and smaller budgets, but I'm not sure how this combination came about:

Sad thing, there probably is a Bureau of Cats with a bigger budget Social Services.

You need to watch out for the Bureau of Cats. If you aren't careful all your base will belong to them.

Now there's where I need to work.
The only trouble is that instead of a health plan, you get an HMO that only works with veterinary doctors.
